The Battersea Society, in partnership with the Royal College of Art, has launched the Community & Connections Photography Award. Created to celebrate the many communities within Battersea – and to capture the idea of community and connection in visual images – the Award aims to inspire entries from a wide and diverse range of amateur photographers.
A few key points:
-The photograph must be taken in Battersea, but the photographer can by from anywhere, and be anyone except a full-time professional photographer.
-The concept of “Community & Connections” is wide open to the photographer’s imagination. Here are a few ideas in images that might inspire people.
Deadline for application is Sunday 14 September 2025.
